WCMC AUTOCROSS
Pre-registration closes for each event the Wednesday before the event at 8:00pm. If you don't get pre-registered in time don't worry you can sign up at the event if it is not full. If pre-registration is full (75 drivers), arrive at 8am, visit the timing tent, and put your name on the wait list.
At 9am we start removing no-shows and adding drivers from the wait list, first-come, first-serve. If you don't answer when called, because you are at your car, you are off doing something else, then you give up your spot in line and the next driver gets it. In past events about 15 to 20 pre-registered drivers didn't show up and we filled their position with drivers from the wait list. Once we reach 75 drivers the rest of the wait list cannot drive.

DON'T SEE AN EVENT LISTED IN THE MENU WHEN REGISTERING,
THEN THE PRE-REGISTRATION FOR THAT EVENT IS FULL.

We have a block of rooms reserved for both Friday and Saturday night. Because there is an American Youth on Parade event in South Bend the same weekend as our events, rooms are limited and will cost more than previous years. The rooms set aside are as follows:
- 7 smoking rooms with 2 queen beds
- 3 non-smoking rooms with 2 queen beds
- 3 non-smoking rooms with 1 king bed
The cost will be: $69.95 + $10.00 = $79.95
These rooms will be released on 06/15/2013 |
