LAPS PRESENTS A DAY AT
ROAD AMERICA

Our event sponsor for this track day is CLUB CONTINENTAL MOTORSPORTS GROUP. The first 32
registered participants will receive the CLUB CMG rate.
This track day is an open event with a special offer being provided to our members. Remember Road
America is a very high speed track maintaining speeds and fun like no other in the US.
The event will have 3 specific run groups Novice, Intermediate, & Advanced. We have planned for 5
1/2-hour run sessions for each group. Placement within the specific run groups will be based on
EXPERIENCE & SAFETY.
LAPS Inc will be providing classroom for those Novice students that have never experienced Road
America. In addition, we shall have a turn-by-turn classroom discussion available for all participants
that have never driven Road America or wish to refresh the driving line. To follow our mantra, we
strongly encourage all participants at all levels of skill to utilize one of our experienced instructors.
Safety is paramount with LAPS Inc. All helmets must meet a Snell rating of SA2000 or SA05. Helmets
will be available for rent at the track. Convertibles are allowed. We strongly encourage all convertibles
to have a manufacturer or custom roll bar/cage with arm straps meeting manufacturer's specification or
SCCA guidelines. The participant should meet the 2-inch broom stick rule. We understand this might
inconvenience you or possibly discourage your attendance but we want everyone to have a safe and
fun experience.
The event will run rain or shine.
THIS IS NOT A RACE DAY OR RACING SCHOOL. Drivers are financially responsible for any and all
damages they make to a facility and its parts. The only insurance covering drivers and their vehicles at
the facility is their own. We can assist with contacting an appropriate insurance company to obtain
track insurance for your vehicle.
