Download the appropriate waiver form for your event. All event participants must sign the waiver. Participants under the age of 18 must complete the Minor's Waiver and have the Parental Consent form approved by a parent or guardian.
A copy of the WCMC membership application is also provided. The autocross waiver is not provided as those are maintained by your autocross coordinators.
