WCMC AUTOCROSS PRE-REGISTRATION OPENS TWO WEEKENDS BEFORE EACH EVENT. PLEASE PRE-REGISTER IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ATTEND. PRE-REGISTRATION CLOSES THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE EVENT AT 8:00 PM.

IDENTIFY YOUR CAR When adding your car to your account, please add WCMC to the start of your modifications list so we know which car in your garage section you are using with us. That will help us to make sure you are using the correct number for our events. WHEN PRE-REGISTRATION OPENS Pre-registration for each event will open two weeks before the event and close the Wednesday before the event at 8:00 pm Illinois time. PRE-REGISTRATION WAITLIST If you don't get pre-registered in time don't worry you still have options. An online waitlist will be started if preregistration fills before the scheduled close date. THIS WAITLIST IS ONLY GOOD UNTIL THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE EVENT AT 8:00 PM. If someone who preregistered cancels before 8:00 pm of the last Wednesday before the event, the first person from the online waitlist will be added to the event. ONSITE WAITLIST If pre-registration is still full (75 drivers) after preregistration's scheduled close date, arrive at the event at 7:30 am, visit the timing tent, and put your name on the onsite wait list at the event. At 9:00 am we start removing Pre-Registered no-shows and adding drivers from the onsite wait list, first-come, first-serve. If you don't answer when called, because you are at your car, you are off doing something else, then you give up your spot in line and the next driver on the Onsite waitlist gets it. In past events several drivers have not shown up freeing their positions for drivers on the wait list. Once we reach 75 drivers the rest of the wait list cannot drive. PRE-REGISTRATION CANCELATION If you pre-registered and it turns out you will not be able to attend the event, you can cancel your registration before pre-registration closes through the MotorSportsReg.com website. If you don't get canceled before Pre-Registration closes, you will be charged for your registration unless there is a walk-up driver on the Onsite waitlist to replace you. 2026 Schedule CHECK BACK FOR UPDATES Please check back here before each weekends events for updates. The event will be run unless listed as canceled ON THIS PAGE. WORKSTATION REQUESTS You will be required to work after you run. This means most people will be on course and required to chase cones. We have very few work stations that are not on course, and most of those position are filled by experienced/key participants. If you have a physical limitation that will not allow you to be on course chasing cones, let us know and we will do our best to accomidate you. If all of the less physically demanding positions are filled, you may need to find another person who has attended the Safety Meeting to work for you. If you arrive early to get your favorite work station, you will only be allowed to request it for yourself, and only after you register. To get that coveted spot for yourself, you will have to be in line to register when registration opens. Register first to get your name on the board first. This also means you will not be alowed to put your friends number on the board. They will have to register and to pick their spot. $2 Motorsportreg Booking Fee This is an extra fee Motorsportreg has added to every paid registration.
