PRE-REGISTRATION OPENS TWO WEEKENDS BEFORE EACH EVENT.
PLEASE PRE-REGISTER IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ATTEND.
PRE-REGISTRATION CLOSES THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE EVENT AT 8:00 PM.

PREPAY
Pre-registration and Prepay will once again be handled on MotorSportsReg.com. If you have not already set up an account at MotorSportsReg.com, please do so now.

WHEN PRE-REGISTERING
- Use your current car number when you create your vehicle.
- If you do not use your correct number, we will correct it for you.
- If you don't know your number and you pick the wrong one, we will correct it for you.
- If you try to take someone else's number, we will correct it for you.
- If you don't have a number, and you pick someone else's number we will correct it for you.

IDENTIFY YOUR CAR
When adding your car to your account, please add WCMC to the start of your modifications list so we know which car in your garage section you are using with us. That will help us to make sure you are using the correct number for our events.

WHEN PRE-REGISTRATION OPENS
Pre-registration for each event will open two weeks before the event and close the Wednesday before the event at 8:00 pm Illinois time.

PRE-REGISTRATION WAITLIST
If you don't get pre-registered in time don't worry you still have options. An online waitlist will be started if preregistration fills before the scheduled close date. THIS WAITLIST IS ONLY GOOD UNTIL THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE EVENT AT 8:00 PM. If someone who preregistered cancels before 8:00 pm of the last Wednesday before the event, the first person from the online waitlist will be added to the event.

ONSITE WAITLIST
If pre-registration is still full (75 drivers) after preregistration's scheduled close date, arrive at the event at 8:00 am, visit the timing tent, and put your name on the onsite wait list at the event.

At 9:00 am we start removing Pre-Registered no-shows and adding drivers from the onsite wait list, first-come, first-serve. If you don't answer when called, because you are at your car, you are off doing something else, then you give up your spot in line and the next driver on the Onsite waitlist gets it. In past events several drivers have not shown up freeing their positions for drivers on the wait list. Once we reach 75 drivers the rest of the wait list cannot drive.

PRE-REGISTRATION CANCELATION
If you pre-registered and it turns out you will not be able to attend the event, you can cancel your registration before pre-registration closes through the MotorSportsReg.com website. If you don't get canceled before Pre-Registration closes, you will be charged for your registration unless there is a walk-up driver on the Onsite waitlist to replace you.
