What’s the best part of summer?  Driving a Miata!  What’s the second best part of summer?  Eating ice cream!  You can enjoy both if you join us for the season’s first “Meet Me for Ice Cream” event on May 16!

We will follow a 37-mile route of scenic winding backroads of Kendall County followed by delicious ice cream overlooking the dam on the Fox River in Yorkville.  Foxy’s Ice Cream offers a wide selection of custom flavors and all are delicious (I know; I’ve tested it multiple times).  There is a covered pavilion next to the river, so don’t worry if we have a bit inclement weather.

We will start at McDonald's just south of 135th Street on Route 30, one mile west of Route 59 in Plainfield (13546 State Route 30, Plainfield, IL 60544).

Drivers meeting at 1pm, tour starting at 1:15pm.
